Once you contact us, we schedule an initial inspection of the damaged property, along with a detailed review of your policy. Our representative prepares our internal estimate to present your loss in detail to the insurance company adjuster at a later date. You can provide documentation for any repairs that were made and a list of personal property that was damaged.

Step 2

Report Loss to Insurance Carrier

Once we notify your carrier of the loss, an insurance representative contacts our office usually within 2-3 business days to schedule a date and time to inspect your loss with our 123Adjusting representative and the assigned insurance adjuster.

Step 3

Negotiations and Settlement

Upon approval and submission, 123Adjusting will initiate to settle your claim in a timely manner with your insurance company. Once an offer is made we will inform you with our professional opinion and advise you if the settlement offer is a fair amount, at that time 123Adjusting can settle on your behalf or continue to fight until we maximize your settlement.
